Northeast Sports Card Expo Community Survey Giveaway

1. Sponsor

The Northeast Sports Card Expo Community Survey Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Northeast Sports Card Expo, 53 Franklin Street, Quincy, MA 02169 (the “Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of the Sponsor are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

3. How to Enter

To enter, participants must complete the Northeast Sports Card Expo Community Survey during the Promotion Period and provide their name and email address in the designated entry fields.
Limit one (1) entry per person.

No purchase is required to enter or win.

4. Promotion Period

The Giveaway begins on [START DATE] and ends on [END DATE] (the “Promotion Period”). Entries submitted outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive one signed Terry O’Neil jersey (the “Prize”).
The Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will take place within a reasonable time after the Promotion Period ends.

The potential winner will be notified by email using the contact information provided. If the selected winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

7. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

9. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway.

10. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor from any liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the Prize.

11. Winner List

The winner’s name may be announced on Sponsor’s website and/or social media channels. Requests for the winner’s name may be submitted to northeastcardexpo@gmail.com after the Promotion Period has ended.
